Good morning!
What a beautiful Indiana morning we have today.
I am feeling better, so no discussion on bodily fluids will take place
here in this blog.
Check out this little guy.
I met him at the Art Festival that we had this last weekend in downtown Kokomo.
I think he has some age on him. But, then again, don't we all?
I have to go & run some errands.
I'll hook back up with you here in a little bit.
Have a good morning.
--------------------
I have just spent some glorious time in the sun
with a good book
and
that husband of mine.
Sunshine sure does a body good, doesn't it?
I can remember laying out with Anna,
just baking out in the sun.
I hope that it never catches up with me.
By the way: Hobby Lobby has out their Christmas stuff for sale.
Good Lord.
It is June.
Can't we just enjoy the season that we are in?

So, here we are at the end of the day.
I have really enjoyed the things that I planned on doing
&
the things that were surprises.
I worked on my paintings today and I have nearly finished both.
Why is it that I put off the hardest part until last?
Hands or paws...they are so hard for me...
The surprise for today was that
we had an unexpected visit from
the grandbabies. Their parents wanted
to have a meal together without
two little banchees.
Imagine that.
So we had these two little people for a couple of hours. They kept us on our toes, that is for sure. Asher is getting ready to take off & walk, by the way.
Tomorrow brings us a few hours of work & then a cook out with friends.
Life is good folks.
See you tomorrow.
I think that 'banshees' is a great way to describe my brood :D Thanks to you both a million times over for letting us take that dinner date... its helps us remember why we're together if not for diapers and bottles and potty breaks and reasoning with toddlers.
ReplyDeleteLove you guys!
Can I just say that I enjoy your creative ways of concealing Leia's face? I appreciate you helping us keep her safe from scary people.
*hugs*
